Slayer healing

When do we see Buffy's Slayer healing in the show?  I'm trying to think of points where she's injured and then healed, or injured and not healed a day(s) later.  Either cuts or major injuries.

The first thing I thought of was in Fool for Love, when the vampire stabs her with the stake, and the next night it hurts when she tries to order buffalo wings for Spike, and is still very sore because she screams when he grabs her by the pool table.  (Though apparently she has no trouble carrying on the fight in the alley later.)

Angel comments your hurt when he comes in season 4 and she had the fight with Adam, it didn't seem to last long.

There's also the scene in S7, after Buffy first fights with the Turok-Han; she's up in her bedroom, and Giles is downstairs talking to everyone, and saying how she could die, she has internal injuries, etc etc.  Then she's downstairs a few minutes later telling them all that they're gonna win, (actually one of the few speeches she gives during the season that I actually enjoy)  She then goes on to fight the Turok-Han in the next episode and kills it...obviously this doesn't give an exact time frame, but a normal person wouldn't have internal injuries and then go on to fight a Last Man Standing type of fight even a week or so later, let alone a couple of days...

I just thought of when Angel drains her in season 3 even with the blood transfusion, she was up and out of the hospital in under 24 hours, then preparing to get everthing ready to fight the Mayor.

Plus, she gets run-through with a sword in "Chosen," lays there for a minute or two, gets back up, fights, gets to finally say something she's been needing to say for about 3 years, then leaps from building to building, then jumps onto a speeding bus.  I would take it from that display that obviously no organs got kabob'd.

In Season 2 just before Buffy and Angel sleep together, Buffy is getting out of her wet top and she flinches. Angel asks what's wrong and she says she got cut but he looks at it and says it's already closed, when all they've done since falling through the sewers after fighting vampires and the Judge is run for probably less than ten minutes.

In "Helpless" we get a look at Buffy after fighting a vampire without Slayer abilities, which includes Slayer healing. She's got cuts and bruises and is curled up in her chair and flinches when she raises her hand to her eyes. Still, she sounds dangerous to me when she warns off Quentin Travers!

Season 5 after NPLH Buffy flinches and rubs her side while packing up her dorm room and says something about 'nothing making your ass hurt like getting your ass kicked'. This was from the first fight with Glory.

I'd forgotten the episode in Season Two where Buffy gets sick, which is very unusual, and develops a very high fever to fight a demon killing children in the hospital. I don't know if illnesses or infections count as part of Slayer healing, though.
