New beta form?

Based on something that was said in the other beta thread, I thought it might be a good idea to edit the beta-form a bit. If I'm gonna put the betas into categories, I'd like to make it possible to search them as well. For that I will need more of the information given to come from lists, because those allow for much more comfortable search options. - If I go through typed text, searching for "grammar" will not show submission that say "gramatical" (other form) or "grammra" (typo). When you choose points from a given list, that problem doesn't exist.

The idea is that you will hava a search option where you can select all the things you'll need from a beta for your story.

Example: You have a slightly angsy NC17 story that is set in victorian England. You already have a beta for punctuation and grammar, but you need someone who can help you with the plot. You search for Can help with: plot, Up to rating: NC17, Willing to beta: angst and Special knowledge: history. The result will be all betas that fit those descriptions (even if they offer more). You'll still have to read their additional infomation, because "history" can also mean they have extensive knowledge about ancient Rome and nothing else, but you'll have much less entries to shift through.

I put together an example form (no color, style or real function), and would like for you to tell me what you think. Don't try to submit it, nothing will happen. Just look at the lists, and tell me if you think something like that would work. Is it too much work to fill it out? Is it confusing? Is it a good idea? Any suggestions on what to do differently?... Hit me!

It looks like a lot on the form, but I think once just the information is displayed it will be fine

I think the form looks really good, and the idea seems like it would help an author looking for a beta.
