re CAPTCHA stuff

Those of you who have had trouble reviewing because of the CAPTCHA form, have you been signed in?  From Dia's comments about the changes (see her note on the home page), there shouldn't be a CAPTCHA on the review form if you are a logged in member. So if that's happening, I need to know so I can tell Dia there's a glitch.
