i saw this today... I don't know if you're aware or care, but the owner of spuffy realm is apparently ill and trying to find the money to keep it online.

Read and do what works for you.  Just wanted to let folk know.  too many archives are going away.

I've been locked out of TSR for a while and not able to contact Pari about it. I was hoping she had not taken a turn for the worse. There is a donation button on the site's home page. If everyone who reads and/or posts there chipped in $5 or $10 a year, it would probably be enough to keep it going. Pari's health has to be the first concern, though. She doesn't need the extra stress.

I send a donation every few months and I have posted on the site before that just a $10 yearly from all the members would be more than enough to keep the site going.  People don't realize how expensive it has become to keep these sites going online - even my Buffytube site that has no where near the amount of online activity cost close to $600.00 a year.

Thank You for posting the notice - I hope that she has not taken a turn for the worse.  For all the enjoyment that I received from reading the great Spuffy stories - sending Pari a yearly donation seems like very little to ask from all the people who read at that site or the other sites.

She has been battling some kind of chronic illness for as long as I can remember. I'm surprised she's managed to keep it going as long as she has. I've sent donations from time to time, but not in many years. I'll take a look at it. When any arcive goes belly up, we all suffer.
