Hi, Been a few years since the last time ive read spuffy fics. And now, im looking for one specific fic. All i know is, Spike was doing the trials by the PTB to save Buffy. And then, there was this scene where Jeeves(the one helping them) healed Joyce for free and then stopped Dawn being the Key by creating a ring and gave the ring to Spike. Dawn and Buffy bicker about who should keep the ring. Thats all I remember. Thanks. Spike doing the trials is for Buffy...not Joyce or Dawn. They just happen to be there. So when they were about to go, Jeeves healed Joyce for free.

This sounds like the story when Spike goes to the Oracles and gets to do the trials to restore Buffy eye sight - it's been a long time since I read it hopefully someone will help us find it.  Buffy decides to commit suicide by going on patrol - hopes this helps stir up memories of this story.

Ah, that's probably the one I was thinking of.  Good story, but a really old one, I think, so may be hard to find. I think i'd look on All About Spike (that's my go-to for anything old and good - I always assume that's where I read it).

No, its not Love is Blind or Trials for Joyce. If Im not mistaken, Buffy was paralized thats why Spike wanted to help her. And there was a ring involve. Thats all I remember...tnx
