 Very good story, lots of plotty goodness and Spuffy, too.  I like the way to wrote some of the regular stories into the main plot, tying it up very satisfactorily.

Very nice ending. Seems they are still on shaky newish ground but we get the sense that everything will work out. 

I've loved every word. I'm sad to see it end, but very pleased at the happy ending!

Of course it had to be Angel who found them, and of course Buffy had to go back to help Willow and Spike had to go back with her.
A little bit hurried, but a good ending.

Good chapter.  My only nitpick is the assumption that Angel had a hard time keeping up with Buffy walking when his legs are twice as long.

Smart girl to vampnap Spike that way (and a perfect method to sober him right up).

I hope she sticks to her guns and faces them all down to reach for the one who makes her happy......that includes her mom.

I think they need to do the claim again only sober this time and even better...in front of the lot of them!

I know I was reviewing this fic somewhere but I can't find where so I'll continue here...
I love that Buffy has decided she wants Spike even after the claim has been broken. I wonder where they're going to end up in LA and how long they're going to be away.. and whether they'll renew the claim first when they're both sober... and what the reaction will be when they go back...

Okay you owe me a diet coke and oh yeah a clean shirt.  I haven't spewed soda on myself while reading ever.  You had me nearly falling out of chair laughing "OMG a kitten."  Poor Spike you really did a number on him making him sound like a "nancy boy."  Oopies... Loved it.

I also loved Angel following along and being ignored with a flip of B's hair.  Great chappie.  Let's hope Joyce will be more receptive to the duo upon their return.

Ah, man! Joyce made them undo the claim anyway! SO unfair! That really sucks for Spike and Buffy. But, come on, Spike hasn't really left Sunnydale yet, right? And Angel is such a retard. You go Buffy! Great chapter!

He spent a full hour showing her just how much he appreciated what she’d done and why she wouldn’t regret it. - oh I wanted to hear about that part.

LOL about Buffy getting grounded and Angel telling her he knows how good Spike is in the sack.

I like this story because it isn't suddenly 'everything is right with Spuffy' La-di-Da. You've woven in the complexity of these characters realistically. And did it from a very interesting point in the series... One I have rarely seen done. I am SOOOOOO waiting for more.

Great chapter!  You almost had me fooled.

Yep, Spike always tends to catch Buffy off guard feelings wise.  Although I do feel that Spike is being tossed about.  Something has to give.

 Poor Spike...connected to the Slayer... who is fighting what is right and what is wrong... and a claim to complicate things even more..
