He did, didn't he? It's actually based on my dream ring for when I get married. As a math geek, I've always thought the idea of the infinity symbol being bended into a ring as super romantic. I always thought so as well! That's why I ended up writing this. I also figured that there would be way more effects than than we saw in the show, as you said, and wondered where the possibilities of that road would lead, but alas, I shall not explore that in this fic. Perhaps later the plot bunnies will strike again and I will write another twist of Something Blue and go into that direction. Have you ever read Something Bollocksed? I think it's on the Buffy and Spike Diaries. Not sure who wrote it though. But it's a fabulous example of other effects of Willow's 'will be done'! Anyway, I've been rambling.
