Enjoyed reading this wonderful Buffy resurrection story again - I've been reading some of your other works as well - Excellent reads all of them. 

This was a wonderful story, which I enjoyed immensely. And I would like to thank you for ending it the way you did. It would have ruined it completely for me if it had ended up one big forgiveness fest, because 'the scoobies' can do no wrong. Bloody brilliant.

Great second reading, think I enjoyed it even more this time post all the current comic books.  Like how you ended it showing that Buffy can still feel sorrow and sympathy for what happened to Willow.   I hope there is a sequel - this is such a great story.

I'm not as good a person as Buffy and feel completely fine with Willow having amnesia! Also of course I love the fact Buffy still retained her feelings and stayed with Spike despite what her friends think about it! And I'm in one mind with Dawn, where excitement over Spuffy is concerned.

Loved this story! So glad that Buffy accepted her feelings from her post-death state instead of dismissing them.  I too would love to read a sequel if you feel inspired.

A fitting finale with Willow's plight, she probably would never have given up trying to fix Buffy, who is happily on the way to recovery now.  I always enjoy tales where the Scoobies get their comeuppance, and this was a fine one.  Thank you for writing.

So Willow's in the same condition as Buffy was when she first came back. Bleeding poetic justice if you ask me. Couldn't have happened to a nicer girl. Super fic, great ending.

I thought Willow in a coma was a pretty good idea, since she can't do any harm form there, but her waking up amnesic, that was priceless. Love the little life Buffy and Spike have going. Thanks for putting up the epilogue so fast. Do you already have a next story in the pipes?

And it all ends well. It's gives me a good feeling reading this.

I can't help but feel that the ending is a bit abrupt - I'd been hoping for more resolution between the characters, maybe more of a confrontation between Buffy and Willow.  BUT.  Buffy came to her senses (ha) and laid down the law in a way that I think is perfectly justifiable, and even perfectly healthy and reasonable.  Giles can accept that she's an adult who makes her own decisions, or he can get the hell out.

Poetic justice! Willow can't remember who she is. It's perfect. I am so glad Spike talked her down, it would kill Dawn to lose her again so soon.

Is there going to be a sequel or will that be all? I am going to miss this world .

I like how the Slayer saw the evil in Willow and attaced her. She did get her memoty back and hppefully Spike can help her deal with it.

As with last chapter, I continue to maintain that Xander is a dumbfuck.  While Willow not only got EXACTLY what was coming to her, but will likely wake up still convinced that none of this was her fault and that she should be allowed to "fix it" some more.  PLEASE tell me there is a major, major intervention in her future.

I mean, seriously!  "I guess it worked"?  THAT is what dipshit Xander takes away from this experience?!  ARGH!  I am so close to pulling this fic over by the side of the road and pulling these characters out for a good beating, I just don't even know.

Oh my God, I think I forgot to breathe there for a while. I'm running out of words to express how fantastic this story is. It's so emotional and deep and just amazing. Thank you for the quick update, that was a nice surprise.

I KNEW IT!! Xander and his jealousy. Willow and her need to control everyone. I hope they are happy. But for some strange reason I doubt this will stop either one of them. Xander wants to be the one to tell Buffy what to do and heaven forbid if it looks like someone else is taking over that role. Big whoop, Spike and Buffy kissed. Xander wanted Buffy to be kissing him that was the problem. Anya isn't Buffy and it's Buffy who he really wants. Willow, she wants control, she wants people to bow down in front of her for her magical ability. Even though by now she should have realized that just because she is powerful doesn't mean she knows what the hell she is doing with all that power.

I guess this means Tara won't be moving out! I really can't see any more Willow and Tara smoochies in the near future. Gotta wonder what would have happened if a spell of that power had bounced off the wards instead. If only they had gone back inside, Willow might have burned herself out instead! I hope Giles puts both of them in their place once and for all. And that place should be as far out of Buffy's life as possible.

Can't say I blame Spike for kissing back, even if the consequenceas promise to be big.

Now I just REALLY hope the Slayer part of her doesn't do too much damage to him.

Super update. Oh no, if Willow manages to unleash the primal slayer does that mean she'll go after Spike? Doesn't sound good. As you said Willow only needs an excuse to start throwing her magic around. Anya knows better, but can't cope with the hassle arguing about it would cause. They don't care about anyone else but themselves, I so want them to get theirs. Looking forward to more.

Wow, Giles is actually thinking at last but he needs to do more than lose his temper with Willow.  As for Xander, he really could have starred in Dumb and Dumber.  I guess it's too much to hope that Anya might get a backbone before the night's shenanigans wreak havoc.  Ooh maybe the Slayer could give Willow the lesson she so sorely needs.  And poor Buffy no doubt will suffer no matter what happens.  Terrific update and better late than never!

Good character interaction. And now they will try a new spell. Well if they did think it through then maybe they can do it right but Willow doesn't think she can do wrong and Xander doesn't know what can go wrong. Xander has a simple way of thinking about this (Buffy being back=good) that makes it harder to be mad at him about this, Willow is the one that should know better. Let's see what happens. If the spell doesn't work, good, if it does it will probably go wrong.

Xander come on what are you doing? What an idiot! I'm thinking they're just gonna turn Buffy into an axe murderer and make her even more miserable. Glad Any is reacting they way she is. She's the most sane one of the bunch. And go Tara for not giving in to Willow's whining. Looking forward to more soon.

It's amazing how Willow twists things in her mind to justify make her actions as more benign than they are.

Oh for the love of.... I swear, Spike just needs to grab all three girls and make a run for it. Willow and Xander are going to kill someone! And they will get away with it, simply because they were trying to 'help'. I hope something bad happens to the two of them because of this. Seriously what is Spike supposed to do? Shove Buffy away? She is so fragile right now and they can't understand it or don't want to understand it. Spike should just give them the bot and let them go nuts. They can program her to be exactly the kind of Buffy they want.

And protector Buffy is rising her head! Poor Tara, I'm glad that she's at least in a house safe from Willow's magic.

The moment is nearing though right? I hope when Buffy does remember, she won't forget the Spike who's been taking care of her.

I like the way things in common are bonding Buffy to Spike and Buffy to Tara lending more of a base for her memories to return.  Glad that Gile's wards are working.   How would Buffy feel about those if she knew?  Willow seems to think that wards and her magic are comparable actions. 

Dawn is doing fantastically well and even Anya is seeing sense.  Poor Tara, it's high time Giles got off his high horse and did something useful, and less of the huffing and grouching is a huge improvement.  I love how it was Buffy who helped Tara.  Another cracking chapter.

Yay for protective Dawn, supportive Anya, and for Tara in general!  I think having her around might even be good for Buffy.  Here's hoping Xander clues in soon.

Another great chapter B - I think your writing would be stronger if you stayed inside one person's head for each scene.  It's a little hard to keep up with the POV changes.  For example in the scene with Tara and Willow, you start from T's POV then go to Willow.  If you want to do that there should be a break.  Or, you can stay with Tara and show what Willow's up to through dialog or actions. 

Glad to see Buffy coming out more and not being so helpless.  One question I have is really who's story is this?  Is it Spike or Buffy or even Willow or what person is changing?  If Buffy, perhaps she needs to be more active in making things happen and we need to see things from her POV more often.

Even broken and unable to remember why, Buffy still wants to help vulnerable people - particularly from 'the one with the voice' and magic. Perfect characterisation.

It's great to see all the good guys under one roof. I can't wait to see the wicked witches reaction to the latest developments. I'm hoping the protection spell had more of an effect on Willow than we first thought, She doesn't deserve to be so powerful.

Well I'm not surprised by Gile's reaction, the Sccobs have a history of using and abusing Spike. He never got any credit for sticking around after Buffy died, or when he got his soul. It's obvious that he expects  Spike to slink back into the shadows once he's done his bit in bringing Buffy to herself. As for Willow, she deserves whatever's oming her way.   

Love the chapter!  That's about the only Byron poem I remember from high school even though I did a paper on him. 

Willow gets her spell thrown back at her, LOL! She deserved it. Now if Tara can just figure out about the memory tampering.
Giles, be careful. Dawn might just decide to kick you out too if you start upsetting Buffy.

What a lovely long update!  Spike is definitely helping Buffy the right way but how will she react to him being a vamp?  I hope Tara realises what's going on with Willow, she doesn't deserve to be so deluded, and typical Giles reaction, my way or the highway!

Such a great chapter.  I love the tenderness that Spike and Buffy feel for each other.  They are such a great team, even when one of them has barely a clue about it!  And good for Spike to stand his ground with stupid Giles.

Awesome - loved how Willow's spell boomeranged back on her.  Hee!

Of for the love of.... She was having a pretty good day all things considered. Okay yeah bad dream in the morning and the flash of Joyce wasn't good but otherwise not a bad day. And Giles has to start up. Can't he just let sleeping dog lie for a bit? Buffy is going to connect the dots soon. She didn't hear his heartbeat. Depending on what Giles does she just might panic and toss Spike out. Then where will they be when she has another nightmare and knocks Dawn and Giles through a wall?

Willow got some backlash huh? Serves her right. Tara is figuring out what Willow did to her. That conversation isn't going to be pretty.

Alright, I'm getting worried about Tara, that constant mindwiping can't be good for her.

Still loving this story. You know, I always wondered why there weren't more physical ramifications to the forgetting spells that Willow cast on Tara so often. I look forward to finding out what's next.

A nice beginning of the chapter and a sort of creepy end.

 She had half a mind to pick out the most mismatched things she could find as some sort of punishment for Willow

  -   - asjdfHee - love wicked tough guy Dawn.  Loved Spike planning to chase off Dawn's potential boyfriend.  Loved Tara snitching out Willow to Dawn.  Loved how Willow thinks Buffy should just snap out of it.  That's really evil! 

Loved Dawn's "worry about violence from me, I don't have a chip", and how Tara stepped up, and how Willow is still quietly, gradually becoming more and more creepy, for lack of a better term. Oh, and Buffy's progress of course, if you can call it that, still looks "natural" to me, you know, not too much, not too little, believable and credible. you're doing a really great job with unfolding the various subplots and actions not too quickly, and not too slowly. I feel like I'm reading a book and I can see things moving forward.

OMG!! Can I just say how much I love Dawn! "Worry more about violence from me, I don’t have a chip.” That is the best thing I have ever heard!! LOL

Ugh, season 6 Willow gives me the creepy crawlies. Giles better get those damn wards up and quickly! Xander just blindly following his crayon buddy. Giles willing to put his head in the sand. Both of them need wake up calls and fast before someone gets really hurt or dies.

Let's hope Giles has that protection spell in place, it's going to be needed pretty soon I'd say now that Willow is on a roll.   You've really caught the prissy side of Giles but at least Dawn gave him a reality check.  Well done.

Excellent update.  I like wwatching Willow's descent into darkness with all the best intentions (well, mostly) and seeing the ways in which you incorporate canon, while at the same time getting into the story enough that Willow is seriously pissing me off.  Xaner is stubborn but at least willing to listen, and his heart is in the right place.  Really enjoying the story!

Fantastic chapter! Willow seems to be in the land of she's the master and everyone must do her bidding.  She sees Buffy as a tool while congratulating her work and now she sees Tara, her lover, as only being there to make her feel good.  Sick thinking.

Those selfish self-centered jerks. They really don't care about anyone but themselves. Both of their girlfriends are telling them to leave things alone and they can't do it. Anya has centuries of experience with other dimensions and Tara has been practicing magic longer than Willow has even know about the supernatural. But for some idiotic reason Xander and Willow think they know better. I hope something really bad happens to both of them.

I notice that while everyone else talks about fixing/changing Buffy, Spike tells Dawn they'll fix the world.  Part of his grandiosity, maybe, that he thinks he can; but also a sign that he recognizes that there are very real reasons why the world would be harsh for Buffy, even if she were aware of the reality of it.

I agree with Spike -- she's afraid and traumatized and has some kind of amnesia.  Plus something like aphasia or some other inability to communicate fluently.  But she's not crazy.

I like your Spike - Angel confrontation, Spike spoke a lot of sense and Angel actually listened, going back to LA is a good move, less trauma for Buffy with him gone. Let's see what happens next!

Willow will never listen to anyone and I fear things are goig to get a lot worse for Buffy.  I thought Spike's words were very telling, especially when compared to Willow's -- We’ll find some way of making this world somewhere she wants to be. I promise you.

Aargh! Willow's power trip certainly isn't over. That worries me. Poor Tara. Good that Giles is reassessing his opinion of Spike. And Angel is off out of the away to L.A. Excellent.

Like the way you used Willow's forgetting spell and that you showed that Angel really does love her even if he's a big goof.  LOL at the two of them arguing over who gets to dust a vampire. 

I'm glad Angel is gone but then there is that other problem called Willow. I just can't see her stopping and that's bad for Buffy.

Poor Spike.  But the Poof is off his back at least.   This is so hard for everyone.  I hope Spike is right and the wheels start turning soon.  Good to see that Giles is rethinking his position on vampires.

Everyone doubts Spike. Do they not remember his history? I mean seriously 100 freaking years with Dru. If that's not love and devotion what is? Especially considering how crazy Dru is. I have a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach about Willow. What she just did to Tara is bad. It's rape. But what ever she is planning in her head is going to be so much worse for Buffy. I can see Dawn and Spike getting hurt, possibly even physically hurt by a deranged slayer when Willow does what ever stupid spell she is planning. Figures, Angel runs away again. So what if Buffy can't stand the sight of you right now. You stay and help on the sidelines if that's what needed. But that isn't Angel. If he can't be front and center it doesn't interest him. That's where Spike and Angel are different. Spike did the harder thing staying after Buffy died. Angel ran so he didn't have to face any of it. Spike stayed, looked after her friends and sister. Forced himself to stay in a town that reminded him of Buffy on every corner. Went into her house that probably still smelled of her. That was a far more painful and difficult thing. Anyone can run off to "get their head on straight" staying is a sign of true devotion and love. No matter how painful it was.

That was so sad! I hate that Buffy had to experience that hope and feel it being ripped away. The 'discussion' between Angel and Dawn though was awesome.

I really liked Giles in this chapter.

I'm really enjoying this story.  The dynamic of Spike, Dawn, and Giles as Buffy's protectors, with Willow (and maybe the Scoobies?) as a threat to her is an interesting one.  

I understand why they aren't, but I can't help but feel that the kindest thing to Buffy would be to "send her back."  One can't even really say she's suicidal -- she just doesn't understand why she's not in heaven.  One thing I think the show fell down on was showing how different her situation was from anything in real life, and it's quite obvious here.

Great update. Xander and Willow are so clueless, I hate the fact that they have any influence over her situation at all. They're the ones that did this to her and they think they have the right to continue to play with her life..Grhhhh. Angel needs to leave, he obviously doesn't want to take the time to help her. He's just given up, as usual. At least Gile's appears to be acting in Buffy's best interests. Can't wait for more. 

I always found Willow disturbing in the argument she has with Giles during Flooded.  She was just so puffed up with power and arrogance in this scene, and you really captured that here in this chapter.  I think it's interesting that this argument took place in front of the others.  I hope that it frightens them into really seeing how the magic has changed Willow.  Everyone was in their own worlds in this season and it really bothered me that no one seemed to notice how much Willow had gone off the deep end until it was almost too late.  And who doesn't love some Angel bashing?  Fantastic chapter!  =)

Great scene in the Magic Box with Giles and the gang. It is good to have the reaction of the others to Willow's actual spell as she did hide from them the true actions involved. I like that Giles is aware that Spike is somehow important to Buffy and is backing him being there. Hooray to Dawn for calling Angel on his history of killing - why this was always accepted is beyond me, while it was always cast up about Spike.

If I were Giles or Spike, I'd be strongly considering some sort of charm or talisman to protect Buffy from unwanted magical spells being cast all over her.  Willow apparently still hasn't figured out how to leave well enough alone.  I'm glad Tara reacted the way she did and I hope she will at least attempt to make Willow open her eyes - whether she's successful or not, I dunno...

Oh the hubris of Willow!  You've done such a great job that she's making my blood boil, I dearly hope she's gets what she deserves... along with the rest of them.  They don't seem to realise how Buffy is really destroyed.

great chapter - loved how the scoobies are all at each other's throats and the soul spell was wonderfully painful.  I would have liked to have the rest of the scene where Giles rakes Willow over the hot coals for the details of the spell as the reacations of the others when they find out what she really did.  Excellent

Thanks for another great update. I'm really enjoying this story. I hope you're doing well. It's been a while since we've spoken. I wanted to point out a tiny error, which I'm sure is just an oversight.

I really stopped liking Willow in early S6, and this self-important, arrogant attitude is precisely why. You have that exactly right. Poor Buffy....

I really want bad things to happen to all of them. And as much as it pains me even to Tara. She of all people should have looked into the spell. She is the true Wicca in the group and resurrection has to have gone against her beliefs. Giles needs to let go of inner clenching when ever he sees Spike and Buffy together. She needs love and understanding and no tension even subtle tension.

Of course Angel would suggest a institue. He is that callous he really likes the quick answer. Oh prophecy says Buffy dies at the hand of the master. Oh okay. Buffy's crazy right now toss her away. As long as he doesn't have to actually do anything.

The story is definitely starting to pick up speed. Love the little moments where Buffy tries to convey herself, because her dveloping understanding is just gradual enough to be believable and still clearly moving forward.

yay Giles is here, I hope he starts to trust Spike and work with Dawn and Spike, and that he doesn't let Angel influence everyone against Spike.

It was probably a good thing that Giles saw her like this, that made it clear how much Spike is helping her. Giles will be a big help and it seems like Angel won't make things worse at least, good it's more interesting if he's not just another problem.

Great update. It's god to see Gile's back, at least he seems to be more interested in Bufft's welfare than scoring points at Spikes expense. Let's hope he can knock some sense into the others. It's like they're squabbling over a toy. Looking forward to more.

I don't get the feeling that she's really insane.  Traumatized, yes, but she doesn't really seem to break from reality and go somewhere else, so much as not recognize or remember her surroundings.

Either way, I can't wait to see the next chapter.

Oh thank god. Giles is being reasonable and level headed about this! I can only hope that he finds a way to stop Willow in her tracks because I don't think she is done messing with Buffy. Not by a long shot.

Xander he will probably try something just because he is an ass.Tara is too upset to even think of doing anything to Buffy and now that she knows where Buffy was she wouldn't anyway. And no one listens to Anya. Angel is a wild card though. He hates Spike so he might try something, but he cares about Buffy so he might not.

Excellent I am really liking the plot. Is willow going to resent this horrendiously?

Glad that at least Anya and tara are showing real sense now. Angel was too jealous and it makes me happy to see Dawn call him on it.

This is such a great hurt/comfort story, as well as a reimagining of Season 6.  I'm really intrigued to see how you've managed to weave elements from the show into the story (Tara and Willow confrontation, for example).

Super update, loved the Spuffy bonding. Given Willow's betrayal she should move out, don't see how leaving for a night will solve anything. Looking forward to more.

At least Tara and Anya are understanding, Angel hates Spike to much or he could be understanding. It will be interesting to see how you make Giles. When he will see her she will still be broken so he should be understanding. He will probably be a bit sceptical about Spike, but he should be able to understand, or not, just have to wait and see. 

Love brassy Dawn and waiting patiently for Willow to get her butt kicked and I teared up when Buffy asked Spike to take her back. 

At last Tara has stood up to the others, though how much notice they are really taking is another matter.  Loved the interaction between Buffy, Spike, and Dawn, very autentic.  I'm really enjoying this and look forward to Giles' arrival.

Such tenderness in the scene with Buffy,Spike and Dawn, beautifully written. And remember housework = only dull women have immaculate houses! We need you more, honest.

Willow did so much damage.  Buffy is finally back to where she was in the first chapters.  Please, please continue on the path to more progress.  It's funny that Spike with his gentle soothing tones is so totally the opposite of his reputation.  And the others, except Dawn and Tara, seem to be oblivious to the cacaphony of noise their voices create.

Can something disfiguring happen to Willow? It's all about her isn't it? Her feelings and wants and needs. She can't pack a bag and spend the night some where else for one night without making a thing about it? It isn't her house and she is hurting the person who's house it is. And Dawn nailed it on the head when she said Angel was jealous. He figured he could ride to the rescue and he wasn't the knight in shining armor this time and it pisses him off. Xander made Dawn cry. For that alone he should get warty boils somewhere personal. 

The scene with Dawn and Buffy in her room broke my heart. And poor Spike, Buffy wants to die and he's right he technically would be doing the right thing by letting her go back to heaven but he can't. It would kill him and Dawn to lose her again.

I  hope Giles is on board with Spike staying with her. She doesn't need the stress. As much as Giles doesn't like Spike he is usually a practical man.

Yay for Tara and Dawn and a modicum of common sense. More please.

I don't feel sorry for the Scoobies or Angel at all. Poor Dawn though, that was one big shock.

And nom they know. What will Willow do now? she's a real danger. tara and Dawn will be supportive, maybe Angel too. He did seem like he just wanted to help but he dislike Spike very much. Anya won't see a problem with Spike being there. How Giles and Xander will handle this, well they can go both ways.

Great chapter.  I am so glad that Dawn went to speak with Spike.   Also, I am glad that the fact that Buffy was in heaven was not drawn out.  I thought stupid Angel left town, I hope he leaves soon but I am sure that he won't because he believes he is the one Buffy really wants.  I can't wait to read the next chapter.  I was checking everyday for updates on this story.

Well it's about time that the Scoobies finally realized what they did to Buffy.  I can't wait for Giles to polish his glasses and get there! 

I love this story. You have some great insight into how each and everyone of the characters in Sunnydale.  I really like how Willow's dark and controlling natrue is coming out in small brust.

I want to squee with delight, you had Dawn do the right thing and get Spike back, and then he managed to irritate Angel, how much better can it get! I am looking forward to Giles arriving as well to add his thoughts to the whole matter. Thanks for the update and glad to hear there may be more sooner rather than later.

How many hours was she trapped in that nightmare unable to wake up!? Where the hell is Anyanka when you need her? Cause I wish Willow was never able to perform magic again and every bad thing that ever happened to someone because of her spells happened to her!

I love all your stories, including this one! You do a great job of writing the characters. You're right on target with the for the late-series, know-it-all Scoobies and I love the way you have Buffy finally take steps to put them in their places.

In this story, I'm in pain reading of the Scoobies' audacity to take Buffy from Spike's safe place and then all the damage they're subjecting her too. What ponces! And Willow is especially arrogant, stupid, and damaging to Buffy as she continually subjects the Slayer to spells to paralyze her or put her to sleep.

Loved that Buffy gave Angel a smack down and felt grrrr regarding his arrogance to call Buffy insane because she didn't fall at his feet.

Keep writing! Looking forward to see how Buffy eventually gives them a come-uppetance. And hopefully to more of Spike pushing back on the Scoobies too.

Wow that was great. Angel getting the shit kicked out of him is always of the good. I can't wait to see who's going to find out where Buffy has been. My guess is that it will be Tara.

Smashing chapter with the Scoobies are all reacting so true to form, they really are the pits, every one of them... grrrr, and especially their treatment of Spike.  High point for me was Angel's smackdown, it will be all the sweeter when Spike finds out about it and hopefully it will go some way to soothing his understandable hurt.

Those stupid children!!! I am so mad I could kill them! Poor Spike and Buffy this is breaking my heart. Those idiots can and do screw up everything they touch. They don't even realize that every time Willow freezes Buffy she scares her even more? They have no idea what it must be like to be awake and paralysed in her own body? Hopefully Buffy will run away and find Spike and he will be sober enough to understand that she is calling HIM Angel. That he is her Angel for helping her and keeping her safe. Maybe between Dawn and Tara they will actually help Buffy unlike Willow and Xander who only hurt her all the time.

I'm not sure if it's better she called Spike Angel to her friends and Spike didn't have to hear it and misunderstand with them... or maybe its much worse, because well, you know!

Wow, such a good story!!  And I love what you've done with the whole angel/Angel thing.  My mind was working that way when you first mentioned that Buffy saw Spike as an angel.  Can't wait to see how Spike saves the day...especially from that!!  :D

Not good from the Scoobies. The only thing I can't blame them for are misunderstanding the angel comment. This will not be good. Poor Buffy and it's hard for Dawn too, and Spike will be so scared when he finds her gone.

That was a beautiful chapter. I was worried you'd given up on this story. It's such a fantastic, original take on Bargaining, I'm really looking forward to more. And I absolutely LOVED every word of this chapter.

Poor Buffy, it's probably a blessing she doesn't know things are going to get even worse with this team of geniuses in charge.  Tara is proving to be a big disappointment, I had hopes there might be one voice of reason but it's like she's been brainwashed.  Can't wait for the next update.

late to the party but glad I made it! Every time I have read one of your fics I always have wanted more at the end of each chapter and this one is no exception. Beautiful use of language and descriptions, and sonnets from Shakespeare - your writing is of the highest standard as usual. Spike is just the way he would be and the scoobies are acting like the idiots they could be (I exclude Tara from that as she usually seemed level-headed). I know you are good at updating - so I am looking forward to the next chapter soon.

They are going to bugger this up big time. They just can't stand it that she is comfortable with Spike. It's jealously pure and simple. If they took one damn minute and watched how the two of them interacted they would see that Spike is always calm and quiet with her. Unlike them. They rush her and yell when they are near her. It doesn't even matter that Buffy knows that Willow is the one who ripped her out of heaven. They just don't care what is actually best for her or they would make sure she can stay with Spike one way or another.

I can see bad things happening if Buffy calls Spike "Angel" she won't be referring to Angel but knowing her friends they will call him. Spike will be upset thinking she wants Angel. And Buffy will think she angered Spike. Plus her friends are going to basically kidnap her! If she freaks when she sees them when she is with Spike what do they think is going to happen when she wakes up after they knock her out without him?! Stupid immature children.

Excellent progression. Shame that Spike didn't twig to Buffy's use of 'Hell', but I guess Willow had managed to convince all of them that Buffy was in Hell.

Taking her away will not be good. She will freak out and calling after "her" angel and the Angel the other will bring won't help.

Poor Buffy is so frantic, it's really well done.  Bringing Buffy home might well help but not by knocking her out!  Tara needs to talk to Spike as Willow will do what Willow wants anyway.

There's such sadnes and emotions, the broken Buffy and how Spike reacts to her. Willow gives me a very bad feeling. She will try something bad but I hope Tara can help.

Good original start. Love the fact that Buffy thinks Spike is an Angel. Something tells me that X & W aren't going to want to leave Buffy with Spike, but that she is going to cling to him... I sense a very painful, confusing time coming up for Buffy - and possibly some magic trying to 'fix it'.

Wonder how this little visit is going to turn out...

I'd love to read this one but there is a big problem with the text.  It isn't possible to just read it without trying to decipher what the words are.  Hope you can fix the text because the summary is intriguing.

Although her calling him Angel worries me more than a bit... when she calls him that out loud it's gonna hurt, I just know Spike's heart will be all wounded. On to that then :)
