Not sure how I missed this the first go around.  Quite a tribute.  It's fitting that he and Angel would mourn together.

I really, really hate active shooters.  People are much too needlessly violent.  It never solves the problem the shooter wants to solve and it costs so much.

And what we made was love.
and what you made was love as well.  I  could feel the love through this story, and it made my heart sing while the tears rolled down my face.  thank you

Found my way here via a link in another site. I don't read fanfic much these days, and when I do it's not while I'm at work, and I avoid anything but smut.

That said, this is is one of the most beautiful, touching things I've ever read, and I'm trying to hide the fact that I'm crying from my coworkers.

Amazing. Truly amazing!

I was determined not to cry, and then I read that last line and I couldn't help it.

Beautiful story. Both this and Wet and Wild.

Gawd this thing had me bawling my eyes out. *sniffle*

I mean seriously, I don't think I've ever cried so much over a fan fic.

But that was just ahmahzing. There are no other words to describe it. I think your a fantastic writer for this, and I'll be on the look out for more of your pieces

I rarely sob from stories. In horribly sad movies, my eyes will mist up. From books, a tear my drop, and I may sniff. But this short little fiction has made me sob, and has truly moved me. You have written this so beautifully, and I am not even sure if all of my tears were from sadness, I think that some were derived from happiness: the happiness that Spike had felt with her, and the happiness I had felt for him. You have written deeply emotional words and I am very touched. You should be so pround of this work.

Read this once upon a time some long time ago. I know I hadn't read "Wet n Wild" first, but this is still so beautiful. I just have a feeling that after 500 years, she's just around the corner. Just like a woman to keep him waiting. So very touching. Thanks for sharing.

I don't suppose you've a tube of superglue handy at all? I've got a shattered heart here that needs a little mending, LOL. Beautiful.
