What's the mad cow up to? Trying to humiliate him to death? Drugging him up and parading him in front of the Scoobies in leather shorts -- kinda makes me queasy! Time to greet the sunrise, Spike, if that's what you're reduced to.
well, she's a bit twisted in this....but this fic is all in good fun...like the warnings say, it is kinky, dom-sub sort of reading...if it's not your sort of thing i understand...but in this fic, i'm presenting as if spike is actually kind of into the idea himself ;)

Okay, first thing...I really love your writing. You do such an excellent job at crafting a well spun tale. Even with this one, though my reaction is more akin to watching a train wreck. I want to look away but I just can't. I guess I'm just having a hard time reconciling my soft romantic heart to this particular series. I know you're flying under the banner that Spike is a closet sub, and I can see him enjoying a submissive role. I can't see him accepting or enjoying a submissive lifestyle. I think if Buffy continues to treat him like this, then he may very well come to depend on her, but I think his love for her would wither. Case in point, his relationship with the Scourge and the love/hate relationship he has with Angel. And the beauty of Spuffy is the love, the hot sex is just a really nice bonus. Just food for thought anyway. I love your work, I'll keep reading this series just to see where it goes, but I really hope that somewhere in the smidge of plot that is developing there is some redeeming Buffy characteristics.
well, i can completely see your points, in the rational land of real relationships :)...but this is pretty much a self-indulgent kink-fic... :P and some people may love it while other people may be completely turned off to it...

While I have to say the idea of Spike tied up and at my mercy turns me on deliciously... I do sorta kinda have to disagree with the idea of him EVER submitting to Buffy. Being her equal, absolutely. Being Love's Bitch, no question... but on HIS terms.
Besides, who in their right mind would want to share any of THAT with other people? Locked up out of sight, oh hell yes though!

well, partially it's the drugs at this point that are forcing him to submit...but i'm going off the premise that at heart, he *wants* to, even if his pride would never allow it...but buffy manages to get around that, obviously...

ya know...i like spike-in-peril stories. That's pretty much all I write. I have no problem with that, and most of my readers seem to have no problem with that.
And I'm sorry, but in my fics where Buffy is the bad guy, I don't think I've ever really played her off as the hero. In fact, I've been accused of villainizing her in my *other* fics, so...

Buffy certainly is taking her mistress role to heart. I'm a little concerned at how much she is dominating him, and how much it seems to go against hiw will. Her desire for a "pet" and his feelings for her shouldn't be used to make him cater to her every wim when his inclination is to say no.
well, spike is really enjoying it, in a way...according to this verse, spike is a natural sub, he just hides it well :) yes, i'm playing at the edge of noncon, and may go over that edge at times....hope you enjoy the ride :)
