the dialogue is great.  The sex is so in your face (and other places).  And if there is no plot, I never noticed.
Besides that, I think it should become a tradition to have "ghost town" scenes in Spuffy stories from now on. Canon. Right up there with pin the blame on Angel/Giles/Xander/Riley and Best Friend of the Week ("Will you choose witch number two or demon 1000?").
