WOW Great chapter!  I am so excited for more!  But from the looks of it even if it only takes them a few days to get out of there she has a long way to go to get back to even a shell of the person she was.  Can't wait to see where you take the story next!  Great Chapter!

That was a beautiful chapter. Loved Spike's desperate rambling. Loved the vivd picture of a lost Buffy. Loved it all. Can't wait for the next update.

Really incredibly touching....Buffy is heartbreaking.  She likely didn't even know if Spike was just something her mind came up with to further her torment.....kindness, gentleness is foreign to her at this point.

His love so beautifully described as he moves against his will toward her driven to comfort, to help, to heal.  This rings so very true in every respect.

This is so powerful and beautifully done.  It is also a metaphor for their relationship in canon....she was lost and fearful and he just kept moving toward her offering solace and love....it really fits.

Excellent, just note perfect.

Awwwwwww!!!
Hey, he's never seen her with dark hair before.....I imagine it's insanely long by now, unless she's cut it some over the years? Her amnesia is perfect no matter where she might have ended up, as a thousand years is so long for anyone to remember a semblance of their life. Wonder if she can even speak still?

Spike couldn't relate this any more vividly if he was trying to write it down. His happiness and grief at seeing her, the magnet pull....
