This is intense and strangely compelling.  It's sort of like stumbling upon the aftermath of a disastrous accident.   You simply can't turn your eyes away, even though you know the odds are against anyone surviving intact .  So far, this is starting out very differently from any other vamp!Buffy story that I've ever read.  It looks as if this could go in just about any direction, and I'm dying to see where you're going with this.

How great to be getting a new work from you - and a Buffy Vamp story, really great.

Wow! I've read quite a few VampBuffy stories, but none quite like this one. I think there are immense possibilities! Poor things, they're both so confused and conflicted!
