Fantastic chapter. I adored the part when Buffy recognized Spike's vamp face and connected the river of blood to vampires. Very interesting that she knows thing witout knowing them, an aspect which you described most beautifully, I must say. Though I think my favorite portion was the fight and the feelings it brought out in both of them. The road is long, but they are definately headed in the right direction! Once again, loved the chapter!

Excellent new chapter - loved your section on her writings on the wall and how she can make some connection with Spike in vamp face - bringing some tiny bit of spark to her long ago memories.

Bit by bit she's coming back to herself. Something tells me it's going to be a long and painful journey and when she finally arrives she might not be pleased to have been forced to remember.

Great chapter.  I really like how you write Spike's thoughts.  I thank you for the update and will patiently wait for the next one.  This is a great story and I would imagine it would take a lot out of you to write a chapter.

Oooo, brilliant fun! Hell, yeah. But do we have the typical post-fight Slayer feeling? Hungry and horny? She has to be hungry, at least, skinny as she is here.

Nice move by Spike there - appealing to the dormant Slayer part of her. If only something would trigger her memory now... although the journey is being so brilliantly written. Take all the time you need if it comes out this good every time ;-) I'm sure we'll all be waiting whenever you need a break (I know the feeling!).
