I have to say, this is all new to me. I'd thout I'd seen everything there was to see in time travel, but this is new. I like it. I think.

Just how much did Buffy gleam from being in the future that amount of time? Is the emotional effect significant?

Soo relieved she didn't get burnt by Parker.  I can see why she was attracted, though...  I wouldn't be now, with half a century's experience, but at that age, just off to college and relative freedom, we all make that kind of mistake, at least once (hopefully we don't repeat it...)  It will be really interesting to see how this timeline rolls on - just don't make it too nice; that way leads to gloopiness...!

You know, I never understood why Buffy went for Parker. I took one look at him and was like 'he's sketchy'. I'm glad Spike made that wish before she made THAT stupid mistake.
And yay! He loves her (or at least cares about her) again...and still has a backbone! I always knew the combination was possible (lol)!
Anyway, great chapter! Can't wait until tomorrow!
