It strikes me that Misty is very similar to Cecily only appreciating a man for his material wealth. I'm glad it's the other way around and Spike's inherent good sense to realize it came to the fore.
Misty is a mix of characters. Some from the show and some that I knew in real life. Real beach bunny bimbos. LOL! Thanks for reading.

I liked the part about 'holding court' over her subjects! I'm very excited to see that Buffy is falling for the human Spike too! Quite a dilemma she has...I hope for the best!
Yes, she has quite the dilemma. And being Buffy, she doesn't always do the smart thing, but I hope that readers can see both sides of this.
