I absolutely adore this chapter!! The interaction between Buffy and Spike was beautiful and wonderful to read! I especially liked the teasing in the car with Buffy kneading Spike's thigh with her foot and then arching her back as she "tried to work out the kinks in the muscles and distracting him with the sight of her breasts". That's one way to get his attention! ")

I loved the serious discussion that took place as well with both Buffy and Spike asking the other if they liked them as a person and that the thing between them wasn't "just about the naughty touching or the snogging". I definitely feel for both of them with the issue of Sunnydale raising its ugly head with the thought of judgemental friends and disapproving glares waiting for them. My advice would be: KEEP DRIVING SPIKE, TAKE BUFFY & DISAPPEAR!

“Does this lighting make me look dead?” This line absolutely cracked me up!! :) Absolutely brilliant & I can just hear Spike saying it with that adorable look of uncertainty in his eyes. Their playful antics in the supermarket had me giggling like a madwoman and I was once again experiencing rising levels of extreme heatedness with that marvellous and sexy make-out scene, especially when Spike "slid his hand down her side and wheedled it under her skirt to squeeze her ass." I can certainly understand why Buffy was rather dazed and I totally loved her “Why did you stop?”. Spike needs to start making his moves when they're in a place where they won't get interrupted!!

Child-like Spike is so cute!! I had to smile at his reaction to discovering the Weetabix (which I have to say I totally identify with whenever I visit somewhere and they don't have them!! Best cereal ever!!)

I loved this line in relation to Spike making Buffy an addict: "He already kind of had, but not to a weird British snack. Unless she counted Spike as one of those." I'll join Buffy in her Addicted to Spike club, in fact can I be President? Afterall, I've heard the President of clubs always gets to go first!! ") And can I say, "pouring chocolate on Spike’s chest and licking it off", that sounds like one delicious event! In fact, include other areas of his anatomy and I'll be one happy girl on her way to ecstasy! ")

The discussion about the pigs blood had me cheering for Spike with Buffy's reaction of "That probably wasn’t supposed to touch her, but it did. The fact that Spike-- a soulless vampire—offered this alternative without having to be asked. That he’d trade his long ingrained habits just to be with her. Well, it did make her heart feel melty." Add this to her thoughts after the sweet old lady pointed out the obvious to her and she realised "Spike acted more like a boyfriend than Angel ever had" with the "kissing and groping, and him buying her a stuffed animal, and feeding her and sleeping next to her, etc" and you have one very cheerful fangirl eagerly waiting for the next chapter! :) Also loved the little old lady referring to Spike as "eye candy". I'm sure Spike would be very pleased to hear that he can get that reaction out of women of all ages!!

I can't wait to read the next instalment, especially if it involves mixing Buffy and alcohol! Can I say "Cave-Buffy anyone?". I can just hear her saying "boy smell nice" to Spike and picture his reaction to her groping him in certain places!! ")
