CH 39 - OMG that was so powerful. I am sitting here stunned and amazed. It evoked such strong emotion - I am just sitting here unbelieveng that casey is dead. heartbroken for dawn. This is so sad!

Sorry about that last comment and Casey. Willow is so going to get hers, I've no doubt. You really made Angelus sound like the sick *thing* that he is. Another great read.

Love the story! I was so sad to see Casey die, but at the same time, I knew it was going to happen. Maybe when Willow's spell is broken, something will be returned, I don't know, just an idea. Now, about the Huntsman, I think that his hounds are after Willow. You wrote that they picked up the sent of old magick, used by one with no cares, or something along those lines, that would be Willow. Poor Tara! She will be so betrayed (not that the rest of them aren't, but I feel most for her). I hope your shoulder is feeling better soon! I will send some good thoughts your way!

Wow, what a way for Casey to go. Him fighting for Dawn like that was amazing and excellent! It gave him a really strong way to go out as a good and loving character. Glad to see Kirsten pop back in. Hope Faith gets to Sunnydale soon. Look forward to more.

I have an email of "what I love in your fic" that I keep meaning to send, but I am a slacker. So I am just dropping in to say "AHHH!" Poor Casey. Not to mention poor Tara. I am really feeling for her at this point. WIllow needs a boot to the head at this point, or anything else that will knock some sense into her. I am so looking forward to the next chapter! Hope your arm isn't acting up. (Man, I am so selfish. ;))

If you're going to split the story again, though, I think you'll need to end on some sort of hopeful note, won't you? Perhaps when Willow's botched spell is completely broken?
