This is not a review per se. i have been tracking this story for over a year and there has been no movement. Do you really plan to finish this one? I'm in a mood today, so i'm just going to say that I'm really tired of WIPS. i have a bucketload that i've been faithfully tracking for probably 3 years now. At this point, my feeling is I wish these archive sites would just remove WIPs that have no movement for at least a year. It is very offputting for your faithful readers to just keep them hanging and hanging. If you don't intend to finish, i wish you would just remove the story completely. I wish the authors would just complete the story before posting it. they can put up a chapter at a time if they like that but it just isn't fair! i know - i'm whining, but it doesn't change the fact that the WIPs at so many archives are just not being updated!

Excellent fic...tied together the whole Buffy/Spike/First Slayer/Dana storylines, and made them a comprehensive whole...would love to see it spawn a sequel, or a long fic...seems like there's more to be said....

Interesting beginning. It would be good to have Dana get Spike and Buffy back together again. Hopefully, Spike won't have to lose his hands.

What a great start! I can't wait to see what Dana/1st slayer do and why the 1st slayer is after Spike, will Dana be able to intervene for good as damaged as she is, how Buffy enters the equation. Poor Spike, he just can't get ahead.
