so...spike's human now? what happened to bring that about? very deep, insightful retelling of buffy's emotions during their painful relationship...you've drawn me in...off to read more :)

Ugh, speeches! It's like one of Ayn Rand's books. Worse actually since I never read any of Rand's books. The Path Less Traveled works much, much better.
Thanks for taking the time to comment even if you don't like the "speechifying" in this chapter. I promise the entire story isn't like that if you want to take a chance and keep reading. If not, I don't take it personally. There are several authors I really enjoy, but an aspect of one story or other will totally rub me the wrong way. Glad to hear you enjoy my other story so much though. :)
