This is great! Never read anything quite like this before. Very original. Once I read "On the Verge..." I knew I had to read this. Will try to read what I can this morning. Great chapter.

I stumbled across this story by accident, but I'm hooked. As I was reading it I wondered how old she was so thanks for answering that one.
Glad you didn't make Spike too "human" initially. I like the fact that he's so unsympathetic to her and uncomfortable with her tears.

Hey VWalk, I'm so glad you found my story and are enjoying it. I'm not very fond of "human" Spike either, hopefully you won't think he's too soft as the story goes on.
