Am I wrong to want Angel to tell Buffy to keep her nose out of his parenting choices? lol. I can see her point in some ways but I also think she has coddled Dawn too much both on the show and in this fic. If Angel chooses not to do so with his son it is none of her concern, especially since she's so fond of telling Spike and others that SHE is in charge where Dawn is concerned, seems hypocritical to me.

OH they better get there in time and BUffy was so right.
Lol! It's not often you get to say that about Buffy, but, yeah, Angel seemed to be more interested in playing Connor's best friend, rather than being his father.
BTW. I noticed that Spike said in this chapter that Dawn was fifteen and I knew later you were querying her age, so I checked the transcripts and that ties in with her being 14 in Buffy's S5 birthday episode.
I also did a search on my site for "sixteen" and it didn't throw up a reference to Dawn's age... Brandon's age (before Spike and Buffy realised he was three years older than Dawn and were guessing just on the basis he had his licence) but not Dawn's.

Xander just has to remind us what a bigot he is. He had this demon=evil thing that he doesn't get is biogetry pure and simple. *shakes head* I wish Anya could get through to him and make him understand how truly bad his actions and words are.

Hee! Xander just doesn't even realise that he's not only being a git but insulting his wife. Like most bigots he thinks his opinions are completely normal and that it's Anya who's being unreasonable.
