Yeah, she was picked up in Sunnydale, so other demons in Sunnydale are going to know she belongs to Spike. She's technically a slave, now, and that's going to affect her slaying a lot more than anything between her and Spike does. Demons will expect that since she's still alive, that either she took care of Spike for good, or he's keeping her for sex and a constant tap.
