That was so romantic and an engagement party as well. Love that they're all together, I hope that Xander starts to realise how much they love each other and start to accept them. Beautiful evening for them all.

Foreshadowing?
Okay, he is just the most awesomest fiance ever! Spike did a very good thing.

Nope... I tend not to be huge with the suddenly vampires do have babies plotline, but he might find himself in an uncle or godfather type role at some future point.
The music (Clannad - The Theme from Harry's Game) might make another appearance further on in the story though.
As for the other, Spike has always gone the extra mile to make the women he loved happy. Buffy reckoned he owed her ice-skating... so she got ice-skating.
