Congratulations on the wins for League With Serpents...that was totally, totally deserved!
I am loving this sequel as well. The mystery is being doled out in nice chunks and is captivating. I am also loving the evolving relationships thanks to the assistance of Meret.

great start. giles seems to have underestimated the abilities his slayer and the master vampire. thanks for the entertaining read.
I never really saw any of the watchers as having a good grasp on what a slayer could do, even though Giles was far ahead of the pack in that respect. I'm glad you're enjoying it. Thanks for reviewing!

Good chapter.I like how Spike and Buffy broke everything.Have you ever heard James and Alexis without the English accents?I have,and it sort of freaks me out.I can't watch James in Smallville(which I don't watch anyway)because of his real American accent.I'm not used to it.Update soon.
I wouldn't want to pay the carpentry bill after those two got into a fight. As for the accents, it was a little odd at first, but both of the are just such great actors that I'll watch whatever they do. Thanks for reviewing!

great chapter. I can't wait to get more. Love how Buffy is coming into her own and now Giles is really getting a chance to view both of them in action with the sparing.
I wanted to write a little eye opener for the watcher, and Spike and Buffy certainly deserved a lighthearted break after the end of the last story. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reviewing!
