Buffy does have a point about Xander, it wasn't long ago that she felt that way too. Great chappie, Thanks for the read.
Yep, she really isn't in a position to throw stones, but maybe it'll help drive home just how wrong she was. I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Thank you!

man, xander's attitude is very disturbing...it could end up getting someone hurt...on to read more :)
Thanks, honey!

Xander is an ass. He sometimes makes an effort not to be, but it's the way he is most of the time.

"But isn't it just as bad to treat someone differently because their skin is wrinkly, or green or blue, or cold as it would be if their skin were brown or yellow or any of the other colours of the human rainbow?"

brialliant and true - very well said!
Thank you!

It's something they never seem to quite get a handle on in canon.

Nice birthday party except for the Whelp. No surprise there. Hard to imagine anybody having bad feelings about Clem and his family. More story please.
Thank you!

I seem to recall that when I actually watched OAFA again to try to get an idea of how Xander acted around Clem that I surprised at the lack of contact. Xander is going to take a bit longer to dislodge from his 'all demons are evil' POV than it took with Buffy, but miracles do happen...

Xander seems to be getting worse rather than better (is that possible?) - what a nightmare!
Thank you!

I'm not convinced that Xander's getting worse, so much as everyone else has got better and he hasn't noticed that he no longer has a chorus of supporters.

He will improve... eventually.

Aww, such a shame he's insisting on being like that.

Nice Spuffy moments. Love the friends, too.
Thank you, honey!

Xander doesn't respond well to change, but it could be that he'll get over it eventually, and the more he acts as he has been, the more he drives Buffy and SPike together as well as giving Buffy the opprotunity to re-examine her own past attitudes.
