Wow! That was a very powerful chapter. Just for Buffy to go to her friends and ask questions means she's coming around. Thanks for the revealing chapter.
It's a tough line between writing in the Scoobies and sticking with the basic plot where they are not really a factor. Everyone needs someone to turn to now and again.

What a great idea Buffy would have came up with. I liked the Xander and the fairy tale part - great explanation - and I loved how she chose Willow to confide in. This keeps getting better and better all the time sweetie!
Yeah, Willow and the others don't have too much of a role in this, so I was glad to have a place to put them where it made some sense and they could actually help move the plot along.

Great chapter. I like the fact that she tells Willow about what is happening. Hope we get more spuffiness soon.

Woo hoo....Buffy's starting to think not just react. I really am looking forward to her discovering the differences in the two master vampires she has slept with. She is already seeing a difference between how vampires really are vs how Giles has been taught and has taught her.

Wonder what Angelus has been up to with Spike. I've got a feeling there was punishment and hope Buffy finds out.

Yes, and she's going to find out more than she bargained for in the next chapter. As for Angelus and Spike, you'll have to wait a few more chapters till that finally makes sense.
