I like the part where Buffy admits to herself that she likes having Spike around, even around her friends. Not too much, just a little break in the ice.

I saw the summary and got curious. It's an interesting start. Sad to see that Buffy can't be honest to herself and acknowledge that she likes to be with Spike and keeps it a secret. Like I'm glad that she wanted to Spike to watch with them but she wasn't able to be honest and tell that; rather making fun of Spike again.
And she is trusting him indeed (like the seating when they were watching TV).
*gg* And it was Dawn who did the wish. Looking forward to find out what they'll do (how they'll manage) in the 80's.
