Because I am crap, this is the first time I've reviewed this story, despite being the second time I've read it. Given that it is 86 chapters long, it is clearly an amazing story (normally I don't even read an 86 chapter long story once!) So, very good story - thanks for sharing it.

Extra credit must go to you for the line about only carrying 11 guns when you've beaten up 11 armed men! Really is a hilarious bit - dialogue is so often a story's failing with many authors, but your's is spot on!

okay, can i just say, this has to be *the* best spuffy fic i've ever read, and that's saying a lot. It's not too often you come across a fic that just draws you in like this one... i usually go for the smuttiest stuff with a good amount of background story, but this just transcends what a good AU fic needs to be. Loved it.Simple as that.

What a wonderful and moving tale. I was glued to the edge of my seat through the entire thing and it's hard to keep me interested in a story. Love how you ended it two months later with everyone together and happy. Although now I need to watch some good Riley on Buffy just to get the bad one out of my system. That was one of the beststories I have read! I would love to see a sequal that has to do with the reintegration of the vampires. You know that there is know way they would all take it smoothly. I am so sad to see this end, but at the same time, it was a good ending, at the right place. Can't wait to see if you continue or not!

Wonderful ending!  I thought it was so cool, the way you used Dawn's Christmas break as a way to pan over the characters and where they are in life now, through another's eyes.  I have really enjoyed reading this fic, from start to finish.  Thanks for putting it out there, for us.
