Hmmmm....I am not sure I believe her. Maybe she was able to fight it because she KNEW what it was doing. But I am worried that she is going to end up having a mental break if she has to keep fighting it.

Don't even think about pulling an amnesia stunt, JL. And no one believes Buffy has really won over the demon. Not yet anyway. Another excellent Chap

I just hope that they are able to talk before the "next" time. I hope Buffy now really sees what her violent side does to Spike with the way he was acting with her when she woke up. I am just hoping also that Buffy doesn't think she ahs truly and finally won. Just hope they can get some things cleared up at least for a while.
oh they will :) i think buffy is starting to get it now, and she has definitely made some progress :)

Lovely, moving chapter. Buffy in control is a wonderul thing. Hope it lasts, but somehow I don't think it will. Just hiope that when this thing is all over at last, she will have learned something from the experience.
oh she will :) and though the victory may not be total, she is making progress in learning how to fight this :)

I really really REALLY hope that Giles woke up when Spike was trying to wake Buffy, so that he could have a chance to truly *understand* the sheer terror that Buffy has managed to induce in Spike.

I just love your story and look forward to the updates. I think it is time for Buffy to take control. I hope Spike claims Buffy and becomes her equal -- mate. It is time for Spike to be the master vampire that he is (even if he is love's bitch).
