If I remember my intro to Shakespeare correctly, I think The Taming of the Shrew is sometimes referred to as Love's Labours Won.

I really enjoyed your portrayal of Queen Elizabeth, her interaction with Spike was fun. The Cressida, and Sir Toby twist was a nice surprise. Loved the closing line of the chapter, Spike leaving his mark on Shakespeare's work was absolutely awesome. Great update! :D

Perhaps Marie will be granted court with her Majesty or made guardian for her, something better then living with her watcher. Wow, they were all there, Liam and Drusilla's descendants, but that would mean that Cressida didn't make to Virginia since Dru's family was from England, unless she was her direct descendant. Hoping Spike poketed the cross somehow. That would be funny. Thanks for the wonderful read.
I think it’s canon that Darla was turned by The Master when she was out in Virginia in 1604. Perhaps in my story, over a hundred years later, she arrived in Ireland to track down Sir Toby’s ancestor! Liam.

I loved the connection of Cressida and Sir Toby. Buffy’s advice and goodbye to Maria was sweet. I enjoyed the lines from and references to different plays. I have really enjoyed reading this, thanks.

Darla was in cahoots with an ancestor of Angels. I wonder if she knew who he was or she just really liked his type. Great story.
