Don't know just what Oscar thought he would accomplish by letting them know that he had him. Spike is so far inside his own mind that he couldn't look for him even if he wanted too. Love that Joni's so in tune with her father. I do hope that Spike and Buffy do find out that it was Angel that took Joni and sent Spike to hell for hundreds of years. Great update, thanks.
Spike is smart. He pulling himself out, quite quickly thank you. And... sorry to ruin the surprise...but Joni's Mommy and Daddy already *know* who it was that put her in hell. :) It's all in the prior story, "Vanishing Point." Spike knows what's going on, he just can't voice all the feelings he's having yet, because he doesn't have the words.

very good read, thank you. had been sympathizing with oscar, in part because of the tale, and in part due to an extreme dislike of angel(start in season 1.) not sure the picture was the in keeping with his revenge plans, seems cruel.
Part of this is meant to make Angel examine just how different the difference is between Spike and him. In order for that to start happening, the prospect of rescue has to be out there. Read on to find out where I'm going with this.

I still feel so sorry for Oscar and the pain he and his daughter went through at the hands of Angelus. I like that Angel is feeling some of the terror that he put Diana through. I love how Joni is helping her dad and that Spike knowledge that she would never lead him astray. I love what Georgie wanted to do for them and that she arrived to the family laughing together. Thank you so much for the update, I really enjoyed it.
Ahhh... the ambiguos villian. I learned from M.E. well, yes? Spike remembers Joni. She's the only part that's good in the place he was. And, Georgie is a good egg isn't she? :)

Whoa! That was a interesting move on Oscar's part, he must be really counting on the fact that Spike would want revenge on Liam. Spike's reaction to this turn of events should interesting.

It's quite possible that is what he's banking on. Joni can reach him eaisily because she knows things her parents don't know she knows. She's a baby Slayer, remember? She has some of Buffy's memories. The "G" rated ones...let's hope! :P
