This is great, soon she'll meet William and I can't wait to see how far you take this. Will it be before or after Drusilla, she can't stop that or Spike will never be there for her. Glad this might be longer then you excepted. Really find this interesting, thanks.
To tell the truth I'm taking it much farther than I ever intended to, but I just can't seem to let go of this story. I'm glad you like it and thank you for taking the time to review. :)

Love all the details and can't wait to meet mam's boy, William. And, I liked the explanation that William's family is from new wealth (Trade - Gasp?), which explains why Cecily has no use for him. Hope Buffy does decide to go to the Watcher's Council. That's bound to be fun.

A lot of BtVS fans construed Cecily's comment in FFL as being a reference to William's social status. However, the classes in Victorian England did not mix so if William was truly "beneath her" in terms of class he would not have been at the party with her. This is why I decided to make William's family relatively new to their wealth.
