Chapter: Chapter Four

Woohoo! He appears! I always seem to like back-in-time-Buffy fics, especially when the author is good at recreating Victorian England (and you are). I really like how you made Buffy meet William by chance - so many times she realizes what year it is and seeks him out for help. Wonder if it even occurred to her that he'd be human now. Surprise...

God I could just see Buffy's face. I couldn't help but laugh at the last paragraph. Too funny.

I trully hope that she treat's him with respect for what he is now, not what Angelus will make of him. It would hurt Anne if she didn't take to her most beloved William. If Buffy saw her mom in Anne, that's what Spike must have seen in Joyce as well, his mother. I loved their relationship. Looking forward to new updates. Hate that you stopped it here. Wonderful fic, thanks, UB.
I think it will be hard for Buffy to comprehend at first. Her usual bias is in that human=good, vampire=evil. But here is a human that she already knows as a vampire...it might be hard for her to discern between the two, at least in the beginning.

Thanks for the review. :)

Wow!!! Great story, not much needed in the grammatical area, and can I just say the story is great?

Please, more soon? Thanks, Cheryl

I love this story. Buffy is really going to have an eye opening experience. William is sweet and kind while Spike hides that part of himself. More often then not his temper causes him to speak without thinking. This should be a very interesting tale. I can't wait for more. =)
Thanks so much for your kind review. One of the reasons I chose to start the story before "Intervention" was because I thought it might be interesting to see Buffy's reaction to William if Spike had not already partly redeemed himself by taking on Glory.
