Angel's human? He got the Shanshu? That's going to piss off Spike to know she's back in contact with him and he's among the breathing again. Hope he's married to Cordy so he's not even on the playing field any more. If Spike's name was on the birth certificate when he got to see Dawn, does that mean that Anne was Dawn's child, born prematurely because of the accident? That would explain a lot. Really enjoying this fic, thanks.
Thanks for reading! Yes, Anne was Dawn's daughter. And I wouldn't worry too much about Angel. Keep in mind, he's been human for a while.

So Anne was Dawns, a nice gift for Spike.
Xander just happened to open his mouth about Angel, wonder how Spike will like Angel showing up and trying to help Buffy.
Buffy spends an awiful lot of time at Spikes would it not be better for her to move in with him.

Agree totally that Buffy would want to know - and your explanation for the delay is also totally believable. Even if she didn't expect him to just magically know, she'd probably expect the others to tell him. Still really wonder what's up with Spike, and why he seems to be taking everything so hard.
Thanks. It's a hard thing for me to have to keep in mind, but when this Buffy was last alive, Angel was still a Big Deal in her head.
Spike is feeling the weight of a lot of failures. I still haven't gotten to what happened to Faith, or the backstory on Lieuko. I will get there eventually though.
