You almost had me stop reading. I was like, "No, she's gonna turn him human, grrrr." But I'm happy I kept reading I hate when Spike turns human. Buffy needs as a vamp dammit. lol. Great chappie.
Nah- the powers derive from his demon, and giving him a heartbeat won't make the demon float away ;)

fantastic read, thank you. several highlights in the update but they were blown away by "He gave her head a quick jerk to the right, relishing in the satisfying crack."

Poor Spike, he doesn't know about the plan. Wondering besides the heartbeat what other upgrades he has. One more? Wow, already? I'm going to miss this story, it's been fun, thanks.
Oh, just a regular, human function body, though he still retains most of his vampiric powers (the demon is still there). And there's always room for a sequel one of these days- I just have to get a couple of other fics out of WIP hell. Thanks for reviewing, and I hope you enjoy the ending :D
