Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying this story!

I'm not typically a huge fan of "biting" stories. Too often the bite seems shoe-horned in, and has little or nothing to do with the plot, but this fits beautifully. It advances the plot (Buffy's growing acceptance of Spike, and and her attraction to and care of him) and never feels forced. Very nicely done!

And as usual you writing is gorgeous, and the story fascinating and well told. I'm always happy to see you've updated!

excellent read, thank you. dawn and spike always seem to go well together. can't see buffy letting red feed spike. not after her reaction. but it is a great gesture.

Thats nice. It got the message across that the biting is sexy without turning the fic into a pwp. Too many authors can't quite manage that.
Good chapter overall especially Willow at the end. Typical sweet Willow that should have been seen more after season four, if only to show how bad she was getting.

i love how understanding everybody but xander is being ... willow's being especially sweet...and the scene between dawn and spike was precious, loved it, pet :)

Thanks again for another wonderful chapter :D . That stupid Xander! Clearly his issues with Spike go beyond the fact that Spike's a vampire. I can't wait for the next chapter. It's so nice that the other Scoobies are finally coming around to the idea that Spike's not such a bad guy.

Really nice chapter. I like the conversation between Spike and Dawn. Xander comes across as his typical narrow-minded ass, although I'm really glad to see Buffy standing up to him. Interesting and surprising offer by Willow. Looking forward to more.
