i dont trust either angel or giles...no one seems to understand how much spike is hurting here, except dawn, and the others wont listen to her because shes just a kid...this story continues to be fascinating, love, looking forward to more :)

*claps* Got his walking papers didn't he? angel might have been a scoobie at one time but that time had passed and another vampire had taken his place, his grandchilde of all creatures. I just hate that I'm all caught up now. The story is great and a pleasure to read. Thanks for making it so much fun.

Again another brilliant battle plan in his dream. Yup, a crossbow would have made sense.
Glad Giles sent Angel home. He may come in handy later but he has no place there now.

The dreams are fun, but I'm finding myself flailing over making sure that they are feasible, but different enough so that they won't be boring and repetitive.

Not sorry to see the back of Neanderthal Angel. They've enough to worry about without his charming presence. Reduced to hack and slash the foe and hair-trigger Willow to keep an eye on! Excellent

Dies really really really happy? Uh, eats a druggie, hallucinates that Buffy ravages him against an alley wall while professing undying love, falls on his own stake mid faux-coitus. Check, got the ending now. ;-) I'm a sucker for happy (or happy-ish) endings as well, so I won't tease you too much. Thanks for the review!

Um, pretty sure I reviewed this chapter on LJ, but just in case (and so I can be the first one here, lol) - loved the interaction between Spike and Angel. It seemed very real and very much them. Good to see Giles stepping in and acknowledging in some way that Spike is a part of the gang. I'm looking forward to more. :)

Working on it. ;-) I'm relieved at how the Spike and Angel interaction turned out, because those two can be all over the map if they decide to start pushing each others' buttons. Glad you liked it!
