Tremendous opening chapter! I've never seen anyone rewrite that scene before, and certainly never seen it done so effectively. I really liked the sales angle too, it fit very nicely. Can't wait for more.

Oh what a brilliant start! You have done a fine job with poor crazy Spike and the reveal. I really want to read a story where Buffy reacted with compassion (and admits at least to herself but I hope to others as well that she did horrible things to him in S6 too). Really excited about this story hon!
