Bad news about Angelus, having already killed a slayer. And Buffy is consequent: Like she way she pushed Spike out of her life for the fear of her children she wants Angelus staked now.
What a way to be back (Spike) (what an entrance). Joy had no past (= the driving away Buffy did) with Spike like Buffy. No wonder Buffy felt awkward. *sigh* Yeah, Buffy asked Spike to come back for the children, she didn't ask him to come back to her. That's a difference. Maybe Buffy noticed that now.

Spike..all business like. Respecting her wishes. And Buffy..wishing she hadn't. Seems quite a few years have passed.

And she is worried about mad. Mad is when you just argued over something stupid 5 minutes ago. I think after 5 or more years I would call it detached.

Family .. she asked him to leave and never tried to find him even when she knew she was wrong. Normal Buffy.
