this is a really great story...i've missed seeing illyria in post-NFA fics, so i am really happy you've got all the gang in it...and the dialogue is amazing...hope to see more soon...+buffy/spike reunions are always fun

unfortunately, both of my stories are currently on hiatus, as i'm spending all of my time fighting my way through the stacks and stacks of books that stand between me and my thesis. but eventually, more will come.

Whew! I was right there with Spike for a minute there! Glad Buffy straightened it out. She sounds baked...YAY! Glad you decided to put this in writing after all.

*grins* too many people complained, and i'm a sucker for making the audience happy. plus, it garnered me more reviews than any other chapter... you'd think people /want/ to hear about spuffy love, or something. crazy, neh?

Thank you for putting this last part in there. It was driving me crazy, lol. Looking forward to more from this story... I am really enjoying the way that you've expanded on what the comics have yet to (or might) unveil. It's like Buffy: All Grown Up. Definitely loving it!
have to admit, i've only read the first three of s8. but i'm glad you're liking this *grins*.
and yeah, ats was supposed to be about grown-ups while btvs was about growing up, and i figured that it was time for the scoobies to finally get their chance.

Thank you for this addition! It was all just a little too much up in the air for me to be satisfied. I was starting to feel like you were Joss withholding Spuffy goodness and/or closure from us all.
*grins* don't get too cozy; there's confusion yet to come...
but hey, if i can get joss-comparisons, beit only through our shared sadistic tendencies, i'm totally willing to go with it. ;)

Okay I like the story but am somewhat confused about the Spike/Blue relationship. Now I have this wonderful story that I enjoy, Xander, Willow, Angel all wonderful. Great but uh...Spike is shaggin'a a blue leggy god. Right? He got off easy with Buffy here and great promise of a future for them, so how long will it take Buffy to kill him when she finds out that he is going from one bed to hers?

the way i see it, spike approaches every trial in his life with fists and fangs, and copes with the aftermath with broads and booze (yeah, that was cheesy). so he and this other highly alienated dame are stuck in a boat for a couple of weeks; blue's just figuring out that she likes pretty boys, and spike's coping with all of his losses. i figure it's something along the lines of post-funeral sex (y'know, affirmation of continued existence, etc.). not to say that buffy won't have a fit when she finds out, but hey! that's the fun, no?
