Nicely written. I think you let Buffy off the hook too easy though. She needs to suffer and stew.

I like this Buffy! After everything they've been through it makes sense for her to suddenly realize the pain she was inflicting on him (not just physical) and want to make it right. And so perfect for her to realize that she doesn't deserve him!
She doesn't right now...but we'll see if she really can change. Thanks for reading.
