Again Spike shouldn't forgive Buffy so easily for what she did and I hope he doesn't cause that was beyond cruel.

I'm sorry,I couldn't understand one thing;Buffy is thinking about sex with Spike.
1-Spike is quite tortured and battered down,so he's not in a condition to do a thing like that,or is he?!
Gosh,I'm confused.
2-Does she actually think Spike'd jump right into her arms the moment she gets a chance to have him around?

No, she doesn't, but she is trying to run through her head what she wants to do to thank him when he's better. She can only give him a kiss now, and in typical Buffy-ADD fashion, her mind went off on a tangent and started leaning toward what a kiss with Spike would lead to, hence the Buffy-thinking-about-sex deal. The bizarre ranting is just Buffy's own way of trying to come to full term with what she's thinking. Not very efficient for her, but amusing for the rest of us :)
