Please don't leave Buffy like this too long - it is too depressing.  We need an update soon (you've been doing a great job with the swiftly, keep it up).
Next update will be with you later today. Sadly, I can't promise a suddenly happy Buffy....

Leave it to Buffy to jump to that conclusion!  As if Spike would STOP loving her...pffft!  He might give up on HER loving him, doubt those last minute words that her later actions made LOOK like a polite and kind lie...but stop???  Idiot!

She should wonder why no one told her about Spike's role in the Dana situation (and I really want her to find out what Andrew told Angel and Spike....and why).

Love this.  It is more in character for her to jump to this conclusion than for her to be all righteous anger as is usually portrayed.  When it comes to being loved she is not ego driven at all but rather tragically insecure.  The anger reaction would have come from confidence and she really didn't have that.

Wow, lots of lovely feedback! Thank you!

Her anger is definitely not at the forefront here. She's too upset to be angry and I think I would be if someone I loved effectively lied to me and seemed to not care.

Thanks for reading!

Come on, Buffy, time to gather your Slayer courage!
In time she will... but maybe not with the best of results. (ohhh, mysterious, hehe).

Poor Buffy!!!! She really is a mess :'(
'Fraid so! But wouldn't you be if you thought the man you loved didn't love you anymore?
