Short chapter, but pretty much covers it all. Attitude, big brass cojones, and an appalling lack of patience. Not to mention pretty much pegging Angelus as well, personality-wise. Next word up?

and yeah, I think that 'appalling lack of patience' is an excellent description of Spike. It sounds like something Darla would have said about William -- and I might borrow the phrase, if you don't mind!

A wonderful insight into Spike, not worrying about if he's good or evil, just showing him as a vampire. And I loved the lines about Spike taking it like a demon and still laughing at the end. Also, bravo for not swerving off topic to make fun of Angel's methods, just pointing it out, made it mean more than Spike gong off on a rant about the differences between them.
