Great chapter. Update soon. I'm happy that Spike comforted Buffy. I still love the way this is going. This chapter worked really well today because we're currently getting rain off and on.
I think everyone in Britain is an expert in rain, myself included! :-) I'm very very glad to hear you like how this is going - even if you have the advantage over the others of knowing what will happen. :-) Hope you like what comes next..

aw. that was a sweet, sad closing scene for this chappie. spuffy's relationship has sure grown these two days. wonderful chappie, as always! can't wait to see what tomorrow has in store!
Being cooped up together probably helps them get closer very quickly. And yep, sad. Glad you enjoyed!

Excellent update....I've been having trouble with the site letting me comment but each chapter has been stellar.
Love the natural progression of the friendship we saw on screen until Buffy changed the playing ground (or rather Miss Noxon did) and they lost their connection, their peace. This is lovely because it fits with how the characters began season 6.
Will be interesting to see how all the relationships are changed with the forced closeness. Buffy's secret if likely to be out before it was on the show if nothing else and Willow's deepening problems revealed as well.

Thank you! :-) I really hated (and was confused by) the way the vibe between them changed during season six. All through the first few episodes, things were looking promising, even if not in a romantic sense - and then it all went kaputt. I plan to recapture that original and great idea of the writers.
