In "Get it Done" Buffy entered a portal to get information. Now, when she leaves it, she finds everything has changed; including her friends, her family and her world.

Buffy's in police custody and things just keep getting worse.

Buffy and Spike recover from last night's partying and there's news from The Council.

Spike quits. Buffy and Norman almost have an illicit affair. And someone gets woken up.

A chapter in which there is a gesture, some burnt flesh and getting over of mopey attitudes.

Buffy moves in with Faith.

Spike and Angel talk. Buffy takes a short stroll down memory lane. And Mya is cunning and brilliant. Or so she thinks.

Spike and Buffy brainstorm.

Buffy and Spike try not to fall into old habits. Well, Spike tries not to.

Spike and the gang brainstorm and Buffy has a chat with Riley Finn.

Buffy is grouchy in the mornings. And in graveyards.

Buffy meets with Cain Travers to prove her loyalty to The Council.

Spike patches up Buffy and forms a secretive and possibly brilliant plan!

The initial trial meeting takes place and Buffy and Spike indulge in some small talk that turns into big talk.

Spike thinks about Buffy, as usual, and Willow prepares to open the portal.

Faith is like Einstein and Spike is all mopey.

Xander and Willow try to persuade the court that Buffy is most awesome, but where is Spike?

The prosecution gets a few digs in and Spike secures a vital item.

After Spike's declaration of love, the vampire attempts to run. He is no match for Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Buffy browses through the Slayer Handbook, Willow practice run's the portal spell and Spike provides cookies.

Aftermath of the spell and a talk between friends.

Lucy gets miffed, Faith gets naked, Mya gets experimental and Spike gets kissed.

Buffy and Spike deal with the kiss, Faith becomes a rebel like never before.

Buffy goes to Spike to spend what could be one of her last nights. Lucy Porter issues her closing statement.

Buffy makes her closing statement to the court. Fingers crossed.

Heaton decides Buffy's fate.

Buffy ponders, Mya makes sexually ambiguous statements and things don't go as planned

Spike spirals downwards and Buffy is a doer and Willow is a hater and Xander is prejudiced and Mya is awesome. And so is Dr. Mallory.

Buffy's out of hospital and the gang look back at their past.
