Response to Challenge #31: set between Season IV and V, Buffy catches Spike wanking off, sees his manly bits and smut ensues. Takes me a while to get to the smut, but it happens eventually.

No, I am not trying to cover for not having made any progress on the next chapter of Love Continued. I swear! But just to provide some distraction, this is what the muse wanted instead; a twist on the break-up scene from As You Were.

Season 7 lovesmut (and optimistic 'missing scene'). Is that "history" Andrew refers to in 'Storyteller' more recent than he thinks? Probably not, but let's pretend anyway! I loathe the episode As you Were in Season Six. So this is my rewrite of the ending, trying to make sure Riley Finn’s behaviour is seen in a different light.

Following the events of "As You Were," Buffy has revelations about her relationship with Spike. Having some of his own, Spike decides to leave town and make a change. Can Buffy get to him in time and confess her feelings or will the forces against her make her too late?

Set post "As you were". Spike tries to leave Sunnydale.

Takes place a few years after "Not Fade Away" in a future where Buffy and Spike are together. He saves the life of a witch one night, who offers to grant him a wish. What would be the one thing that Spike wants?
