Actors you will fangirl besides JM?

Ah, that's easy, for me it's definitely Will Smith.  I'm in love with the man, idolized him ever since I was younger, seen pretty much every movie he's been in.  He actually comes before James.  Well, before anyone.  There's also David Boreanaz, I was a fan of Angel and now I love him on Bones.  I wouldn't say that I'm a fangirl over them, though.  Of course, I have no idea how I would act if I ever actually met Will.  *sighs*  Only in my dreams;)
When I say, "I love you," it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you, and I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy.

I don't think I go fangirl-ing on anyone, not even my boyfriend. But I like many actors. I, too, adore Will Smith. I like Matthew Perry  -just watched The Ron Clark Story and ADORED him- I like actors who are more like Matthew Perry, Nicholas Brendon... who are more cute than sexy. Sexy is overrated and kinda corny for me. Cute, clumsy, funny actors are my thing, especially when they're doing the role of the average, nice guy.

Besides James, I have a huge thing for David Tennant.  I just did a meme over at my livejournal  dawnofme.livejournal.com/71225.html about the guys I think are hot, but I only go fan girl crazy over James and David.

I do drool over my sexy husband as well and I would consider myself his fangirl.  :)  But people on my LJ friends list know this already and are probably tired of hearing about him.  LOL!

besides JM

Sorry, but that phrase does not exist in my vocabulary ;-)  I'm a one obsession kind of gal, and James is it.  I find other actors attractive, obviously, but I wouldn't, say, fly to the other side of the continent to ogle them.  That level of fangirliness is reserved strictly for Jimmy.

I agree, James is the only actor for whom I fangirl!

Non-actors, however?  I've got another one, and most people don't get it, but Dave Matthews.  GUH.  Loved him since I was 10.

Hmm, UB, I wonder who that could be...lol!  And yeah, even though I miss the bald head, Michael goes up on my list.

Fangirl for only one actor - that is JM - but I am loving the Torchwood  Capt Jack  and Lanto.  The only other time that I really went crazy over an actor was years ago with Antonio Banderas - after I saw Interview With A Vampire.

Hmm, there are different actors I like but I don't think any of them I like like JM.  No one else inspired me to scour the internet for pictures of them...  Though I would get ridiculously excited if I met author Neil Gaiman (gah!  and it almost happened, but his Tulsa event was cancelled!  grrr).  I actually know more about Neil than JM, since Neil is a major blogger.

Even though I don't fangirl over Dave, I can understand why you do. That man is adorable.

I have that level of fangirly obession, but not for James.  Love the man, but if I had to chose between seeing Motley Crue and meeting James at a con, my ass would be at the Crue concert. And there would be no regerts!

I have loved them since I was first saw the video for Home Sweet Home on MTV in 1985. And I'm not ashamed to admit I cried when they played it at the end of their concert on the 13th of August.

Ooo!  I had a thought.  What about past fangirl crushes?  When I was a pre-teen, mine was Joe McIntyre from New Kinds on the Block.  I was completely obsessed.  I bought every magazine with his picture in it and papered my bedroom walls with them.  Jordan had his own wall, and John had his own wall.  Joe had his own wall and part of the ceiling.  The fourth wall was for group pictures.  Donnie was cute enough to warrant a door, but poor Danny was lucky not to have been cut out of the group pictures :-P  I had buttons and cassette tapes (if anyone asks what a cassette is, I'll just crawl into my grave now), and I waited in line with my mother before dawn to score concert tickets.  Ahhh...those were the days :-)

Pre-James you say?  The Rock and Eminem.  In fact, my Rock wall is pretty much still up there, minus two posters that fell down.  Almost all of my Eminem pics have fallen, though.  Only James' are still standing, with new ones added :P

Hmmm...back in the day I had it bad for Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing.  I was WAY too young to be watching it, but boy did he give me some of my very first tinglies!

i don't really have time to fan girl over guys any more, except like dawnofme, my husband is the soul reason behind my exictance and every one around me knows it and was beyond elated for me when he came home cause i stop talking about him so much.
however, when i was alittle younger and had more time on my hands, i had a note book titled "guys i think are hot" pics from any where i could get them filled its pages [i know im such a loser] but some of my hardest crushes were brendon frasier, bruce willis, and david duchovny. i watdched xfiles like it was crack.
Your heart will break, your tears will fall, but don't be suprised, if there is someone there, to catch you when you fall. Becuase you, yes you, are awesome.

My first fan girl crush was Harrison Ford. That's expanded over the years to include David Duchovny (like Legen, I watched the X Files like crack), our beloved JM and (my guilty secret) Josh Jackson. Most recently I've had a huge thing for Vincent D'Onofrio of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. I could watch him play Bobby Goren all day.

The first thing for fans I ever went to was a meet and greet after a concert, for Bryan White (country singer). If you bought the CD, you got to have him sign it and shake his hand, so I did. And was excited and nervous because he was cute. :D  Looked enough like a guy I dated briefly to be twins. SO cute in person, and he'd just had laser eye surgery recently to get rid of needing glasses, so his corneas were still healing, and I could see the lines from the cuts. Very pretty green eyes, and such a nice smile. So, that was the first time I ever had the celebrity flutter.

I've met several older famous musicians, but when a person is old enough to be your grandfather, it's not so thrilling. ;)

Only star I've majorly tried to score tickets for was Garth Brooks. So much fun. My mother stood in line for hours to get the four tickets for my birthday that tour year. When I tried to get online tickets for the last tour before he retired, I couldn't get into the system before they sold out.

I have to really fall for the star or their work to get really into collecting things, and then get nervous to meet them. I'm not into actors, so it was learning that James can sing that swayed me to the dark side. Before, he was a hot guy playing a fun role, but so what? ;)  (Then came the Spike dreams every night.)  I can't help watching a celebrity if I see them in public, but i'm not going to try for an autograph or speak to them at all unless they played a character I really love. I had crushes on characters, not actors.
