Real person fic

Longtime reader, first time poster. :)

Okay,  I know this isn't allowed, but I have a fic in which one of the characters is a real person. Plot/Teaser: What would happen if one of the actors on BtVS took a nap and woke up...in Sunnydale. It's true to canon and hilarity ensues, IMHO.

Any suggestions on where to post this except on a blog I create somewhere?

The Spuffy Realm, fanfiction.net, and I'm sure there are other All Human sites I'm not remembering right now.  Probably some LJ comms too ;)

There's also Nocturnal Light and Vampire's Kiss. And if you're looking for a site that has all human fics, there's Sweet Temptation.

You could get yourself a Live Journal and post it there. (a blog, in other words). There are some RP communities, I think, but I don't know where they are. You're not writing an All Human fic, you're writing a Real Person one which is a very different thing. You'll have to ask the mods everywhere before you post it. Writing about real people without their permission is a bit dicey.  You can have Jackie Chan run across the stage in your fic, and it's fine; make him a character in the story and you're in a different place. Ditto for James or Sarah or Alyson or Nick or...

You could check out www.dark-solace.org/elysian/index.php    You'd have to check their policy on Real Person fics, though.  Most archives have a rule against RP fics for obvious legal reason, so Live Journal may be your best bet.
Give me Spuffy, or give me death.

Yeah, I know that FF.net doesn't allow those types of stories.  My friend did one like that before and they removed it.
When I say, "I love you," it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you, and I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy.

Thank you everyone for the replies. :)  Yes, this kind of thing is iffy and can be kind of icky, but I don't think this one really is.    I just had to write it today. :D

I did make a LiveJournal and post it:  Its called Bad Libbed.   yesmypet.livejournal.com/

I'll do something more conventional next time, since I would really like to post it here for feedback.

Thanks again!
